ImageJ: ImageJ is a public domain image processing and analysis program developed by Wayne Rasband in the Research Services Branch (RSB) of the National Institutes of Mental Health (NIMH). The program runs on any platform with Java (including Mac OSX) and can be customized through specialized plugin modules or macros. Ij129.zip 解壓縮 取得 ij.jar 放在同資料夾 命令提示字元執行 set CLASSPATH=ij.jar. Javac -deprecation. IMAGING SOFTWARE thousands of times, with the current rate being about 24,000 downloads per month. Rasband said that, after working for 10 years on NIH Image, ImageJ's precursor, he didn't see a bright future for it, even though Scion Corp. Of Frederick, Md., had ported it from a Macintosh-only version to the PC/Windows platform. ImageShow Info displays these two values as the 'Display range'. Note that this scaling is not done if 'Scale When Converting' is not checked in EditOptionsConversions. RGB images are converted to grayscale using the formula gray=(red+green+blue)/3 or gray=0.299red+0.587green+0.114blue if 'Weighted RGB to Grayscale Conversion' is checked in.

Orthogonal Matching Pursuit in 2D (OMP2D) is an effective algorithm for sparse image representation. It is dedicated to approximating an image as a superposition of elements chosen from two large sets, one for each dimension, celled dictionaries.

Installing the plugin for ImageJ

  1. First Download the ImageJ application from http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/download.html and the OMP2D plugin from here

About

This plugin for ImageJ was developed by Matt Simons of Aston University, UK, for his Final Year UndergradProject in the Mathematics and Computing Programme (http://www.aston.ac.uk/eas/about-eas/academic-groups/mathematics/)For references and description of the algorithm implemented in the plugin see the full report (https://www.dropbox.com/s/6olkq20l0uk908i/report.pdf).
